Instructions:
1. Cut a cross in each breast of chicken.
2. Dip the chicken in flour and season with salt and pepper.
3. Pan fry the chicken in half a cup of butter until browned. Remove the chicken from the pan.
4. In the same pan, add the soy sauce, minced garlic, honey, rice vinegar, and another half cup of butter to make the sauce.
5. Return the chicken to the pan and simmer until cooked through.
